Where will I find the response to the IT ticket that I have submitted through the report a problem tab? Will it come through as a notification or will it come to my inbox? Or something else?

It's been my experience using the "Report a Problem" link that you will get a response from Canvas Tech Support via e-mail. I'm assuming that your school has purchased Tier 1 tech support from Instructure, so that is why the link is there. It's also my understanding that when you "Report a Problem", it is also sending some additional information along with your ticket based on where you are within the course...so that the technician who is helping you can follow along with the issue you submitted.
