Iclicker - Way to roll back an Iclicker sync?

Hi Everyone,
My Canvas course is linked to my iClicker class. iClicker Tech support (Macmillan) was working with a student on their individual profile and, without asking me, pushed a global sync of all past quiz grades for all students in the course into canvas. In canvas, this erased multiple manual entries for students that took quizzes on paper and affected about 360 grade entries since 2 sections of iClicker merge into 1 big section in Canvas. I can re-create most of the grades but not all.
Does anyone know a way or is it possible to roll back an iClicker sync?
