A teacher in our district has reported that students using Mac computers are unable to see the images that she has loaded into quizzes. Is there a way to troubleshoot this?

We have seen a number of reports with images and issues with Safari 13 on Macs. We are recommending that users use Chrome or Firefox to access Canvas.
