[ARCHIVED] Importing Pre-made outcomes into Canvas? How to?

I am trying to use outcomes in order to import a set of prewritten outcomes for my education department at MCLA. The format that I have available presently is in microsoft excel. I would like help understanding how to exactly format the files so that they can be imported directly to the Canvas page.

Additionally, I am trying to get help on how to import specific rubrics that are premade into the Canvas page as well. These are also in excel.

To my knowledge it's not possible to import rubrics from an excel file into Canvas, but it is possible with outcomes.  Here is a page with information about what the format should look like Outcomes Import Format Documentation - Canvas LMS REST API Documentation .  Below the explanation of fields there is a sample set of data.  I've found it a little easier to understand the format if I pull that sample data into excel so you can see how it all relates.  I've also included below a link to the guides for importing Outcomes into a course https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-14431-4152868783  It's the same process to import them into your Account or Subaccount; you just need to be in the Account or Subaccount instead of a course when doing so.
