Hi All,

We are considering inviting a group of educators and elearning professionals to come to Salt Lake for a one or two day event so that they can help us understand various use cases and scenarios in Canvas and help us think about priorities.  We are considering April 11th and 12th.  If you were going to attend would these dates work for you and/or people at your institution.  We have heard concerns from people who plan to attend another event in Florida that would conflict time wise.  Others have questioned whether it would be more convenient for folks to have the event start at the beginning or end of the week so that travel could happen partially on the weekend to reduce time away from work.  What do you think?

Also, what activities or topics do you think would be the most beneficial, both for attendees and for those of us who work at Instructure?
