Hello,
I have an instructor who cannot access one of the courses she is currently teaching this semester. She can access the other two courses that she is teaching. Can you help with this issue. Thanks

Hi @LindaBuncom
As Dean of Instruction are you also the Canvas Admin for your school? I am asking because this is not the model at my schools. It is quite likely that the teacher is not actually enrolled in the course, and your Canvas admin can verify this, and if the instructor is not enrolled, they can then enroll her/him.
This happens sometimes when a school populates their course enrollments (students and teachers) using an integration between Canvas and the school's Student Information System (SIS). If If an enrollment is missing or inaccurate (teacher not assigned) in the SIS, then that will be reflected in the course enrollments when the integration is run. Again, only someone with Canvas Admin permissions can verify this.
Let us know how this plays out for you and your teacher.
