[ARCHIVED] Is there a rubric students can use to grade themselves?

I have rubrics for all my assignments.  Is there a way for students to self-assess by going through a rubric that I have created?  I want them to grade themselves first.

Hi Emily -

There is not a "built-in" way to do this. I often make a text-version of my rubric that students can copy and paste (then fill in the blank) within a submission comment. I have also created PDF versions that students can download, annotate, and then attach to a submission comment. Both take many extra clicks.

The best solution I have found for this is to use New Quizzes to make multiple choice questions that allow different point values for different answers.
