Is there a way fro student's to save their work?

Often times students will be interrupted and won't be able to finish what they are writing. Sometimes they can go back and finish the work. Most of the time they lose their work and have to start back over.

Welcome to the Canvas Community!

I recommend to students to use Microsoft Word to write their assignments, then they can then upload their unfinished document into the  "Files" Section of Canvas > under "Account". There they can later download/edit/finish their assignment and "officially submit"the assignment without fear of "losing" said assignment at deadline time.
