I am aware that Canvas offers a limited analytics suite for courses. I am also aware that you can track the course time spent per student. We would like to average how long it takes our students to complete our courses, but as far as I can tell, there is no display of that average. I also don't think I can find a way to display individual student course time on any of the data exports Canvas can create. As far as I am aware, the only way to average student completion time in a course would be by hand--to go to the student tab, and then to type or write manually in Excel or another program the time each student spent in the course, and then manually average them. Our courses have hundreds of students and I was hoping there was a faster way to accomplish this, or if Canvas analytics might display average course time for the entire cohort somewhere.
