Issues with Student peer reviews now showing in speedgrader.

I have an instructor saying that peer reviews aren't always showing in speed grader

"it shows me that they have not completed the peer review (this is on the “Peer Reviews” section of the assignment). However, when I click on their names, I see that they have completed peer review."
