Load tool in a new window

We would like to have the "load tool in new window" a bright color instead of the gray color. Is this an option please?

Thank you for contacting the Instructure Community. If you want to customize the color of the new window option across your entire instance, that would need to be done with custom HTML/CSS. Your best bet is to speak with your school CSM who can address this and make the change with you. Either you can speak with them or you'd need to create custom code on your end to target and change this box. Is this specifically for an LTI or something within Canvas directly?

Thank you for getting back so quickly. There are a lot of abbreviations that you use that I have no idea what you mean.

Please forgive me. 

When I create an assignment and I want to load the assignment in a new window- the box that loads on the assignment page is gray- and not easy to see that it is the item I want them to click on.

I was hoping to make that box RED and LARGER if possible.

Thanks for getting back to us. You would need to use custom HTML to achieve this - aka coding on the back end of the page to target the box and make it larger and a different color. If you are not familiar with this, you would want to speak with someone at your school. It isn't difficult coding per se, but there is no built in feature for easily changing the box on the teacher's side of things. Perhaps your school IT team can assist with this.
