I think the best option for you in this case would be to reach out to your instructor directly to see if he/she can fix those items that have locks on them. To be honest, I've not heard of pictures having locks on them before, but your instructor may need to make a change on his/her end to get this fixed for you. (Have you contacted any other students in your course to see if they are experiencing the same thing you are seeing?) You can contact your instructor by following this Guide:
