Thank you for contacting the Canvas Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with accessing your course. If you received the email invitation to the course, there should be a direct link to accept the invitation. There are many "websites" for Canvas depending on the school or institution. That email should also have a direct link to the course for you. If you can't get in, you should try resetting your password:

If you can't even get to the login page, then you will want to speak with someone at your institution for the URL to their canvas instance (site).
