Login to canvas

Hello! I am taking a course through Canvas and have been trying to log in to my Canvas student account. I have tried all of the solutions on the guide for logging in. I have also tried to request a change for my password three times and have gotten nothing. 

I am starting to get frustrated as I would like to do school work but cannot due to my inability to log into my account. Anyone who can help?

Hi there.  I'd recommend reaching out to your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education team.  We don't have access to any of your school's systems as far as user accounts are concerned, but folks at your school should be able to help you.  Your school's website might even have a page where you can submit a support ticket so that they can help get you logged in.  Each school handles logins differently, so contacting your school's staff is the best option.  Good luck!

As an extra note to what Chris said, check if your school has a link on their site to Canvas. Many institutions have a unique address for accessing Canvas. If you are Google searching for Canvas, it takes you to a generic page for Free users that will be different from your school's login page. This could explain why you get nothing for password resets because that Free site won't recognize your username.
