[ARCHIVED] Login won’t work on app

I can get onto canvas on safari (have an iPhone) but I go to use the exact same credentials for the app says isn’t found

If you have done all of the updates on your phone, I would recommend deleting the app & re-installing it, this will force an installation of the most current version of the App on your phone. You will also want to make sure you are loading the official Canvas apps from Instructure. If this does not work, I would recommend getting in touch with Support using the information in the How to contact Canvas Support‌

I have updated my phone and installed new app through website as well.

 @lenavause17 ‌, since you aren't able to log into the app, please log in through a browser to contact Canvas Support for troubleshooting assistance ( How do I get help with Canvas as a student?).

It’s not giving me options to find where to go... been experiencing this the whole time isn’t very convient

Thank you! The school has said to use the student side from what I remember originally but like the app better and would like to use that.
