I had a mac w safari, version 13.1.2 and can't seem to get Canvas to load for the Christies class I sign-up for. I finished a Sothesbys class in canvas a month ago and it worked just fine during that class. Signed up for a new oneat Christies, but it says my browser isn't up to snuff and won't even load so can't see the class.
How do I update safari to newer version? i tired app store, etc and its not showing available updates...

Have you tried downloading either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox instead? These two browsers are good choices when navigating around the Canvas environment.

It's odd that we seem to have the most issues with Safari even though it's listed as supported.
Even odder, is that Canvas seems to have more problems with Safari when every Instrcuture employee I have seen at conferences uses a Mac.
Switch to Chrome / FireFox = less issues.
