Is it possible to set minimum score in a quiz or an assignment? If yes. How does it work?

Howdy @kriol !

Thank you for your question. Currently, the only setting specifying a minimum grade is related to the late (penalty) grading policy.

You may want to share your experience and rationale for wanting this feature to the idea suggestion area.
