The Instructure Community will enter a read-only state on November 22, 2025 as we prepare to migrate to our new Community platform in early December.

I keep getting a notification that says launch error when I try to open Mobius from a Canvas assignment posting. How to fix? It says "We apologize for the inconvenience, but an error occurred while launching the tool. Please try launching the tool again. If the issue persists, please contact support. You can do so by reaching out to your institution or click on the 'Help' button in the Canvas sidebar for assistance."
