Modules showing wrong due date

I'm a Canvas admin, and one of our instructors reached out because the Modules page is showing the wrong due date for some assignments. For example, a specific assignment shows a due date of Sept 9 on the Modules page, but when you click on the assignment, it shows that it's due on Sept 8. I've attached a screenshot of that assignment (module on the left, assignment on the right), but this is happening for multiple assignments in the course (but not all).
I'm not sure if this is happening for any other instructors, but we've checked the dates and they are set correctly within the assignment, they're just not displaying correctly on the Modules page.
