Hello. Since the latest update, the "Move to" function no longer works. Instead, clicking the function takes me back to the Course's homepage.

Hi @TrevorFraser ...

I cannot be completely sure, but it looks like your screenshot *might* be on the "Modules" page of your course?  If so, I am not able to replicate this issue on my end.  When I click on the three dots next to a module item name and select the "Move to..." option, a slide-out menu appears on the right side of my screen, and I am able to move it to whever I need to within the course.

Have you tried reaching out to Canvas Support to see if they can help troubleshoot this further?  Click on the "Help" button in your far left-hand side global navigation menu, and then select "Report a Problem".  Be sure that you are viewing the screen where the issue is occurring before you click on "Help", as this will send some metadata along with the ticket you submit.  How do I get help with Canvas?

Good luck, and keep us posted once you hear back and *hopefully* find a solution.

Hello @TFraser2 ...

Yes, that is entirely possible about not having a "Report a Problem" link within the help menu.  Depending on what WCPSS has decided on for their support package with Instructure (the folks that make Canvas), you may or may not have 24/7/365 support options from Canvas Support folks where you can submit a ticket directly to them.  At my College, for example, we do not have the 24/7/365 support from Instructure, so all Canvas issues first come through my department.  Then, I am one of three "field admins" who can then contact Canvas Support if need be on behalf of a student or instructor.  This might be the kind of setup that you have, but I won't know for certain.

If you are not a Canvas administrator, I suggest reaching out to your school's Canvas admin team (or someone from your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education) team to see if they might be able to help further.

Good luck to you!
