Multi-instructor course delete annoucements

Can two or more instructors who teach in the same course delete each other's announcements?  

Example: 

Instructor A & B are teaching in the same Canvas course. Instructor A creates an announcement for a class meeting time and Instructor B wants to delete the announcement that Instructor A created because the class meeting time is cancelled.   

Is it possible for instructor B to delete Instructor A's course announcement?

Yes, by default, unless the permissions are re-configured by your Canvas Admin, teachers are able to edit and delete each other's announcements.
