Hi @sv206 and welcome to the Canvas Community. My Media is not a standard Canvas feature, so what you're looking for is probably an integration with an external tool. I'm not certain but the tool you're trying to use could be a product called Kaltura; we have this at my institution and My Media is one of the menu items available when it's installed. External tools like this are usually enabled at system level by an admin to make them available in all courses. Therefore you might want to reach out to the local Canvas administrator at your college, they will be able to check if the tool is enabled and advise you on how to add it to your course.
