I am sorry to read that you have been locked out of Canvas.  The best advice I can give you is to either:

• Contact someone at your school such as your school's local Canvas administrator or someone from your school's Online Learning/eLearning department
• Contact the folks at the Canvas Help Desk  How do I contact Canvas Support? - Canvas Community 

Unfortunately, we here in the Community don't have access to your school's Canvas environment or your course(s) in question, so it would be difficult for us to help troubleshoot this further.  Also, I am not sure if you school uses a single sign-on process to access Canvas.  If so, that may require you to ask someone at your school for additional help with getting logged back in.
