My canvas video wont process

So I am in a weight training class and we are required to record ourselves working out. I clicked to save to my video and after ten minutes it said that canvas was unable to process the video. It is now too late to record another video and the assignment is due today. Is there a way to fix this and is the video completely gone?

This sounds like something that needs to be investigated directly by Canvas Support or someone at your school responsible for providing direct support to students. If your school district doesn't provide its students with a direct pathway to Canvas Support, you might find a way to report this on this page:  Wilson High School   If that isn't possible, please reach out directly to the teacher of the course to request assistance with contacting support on your behalf—and of course, explain the issue to teacher, as they might be willing to provide you with an extension.
