How to view the files that teachers have recently uploaded but have not been downloaded by me without having to go through all the files manually?

Unfortunately, none of us here in the Canvas Community have access to your course(s) in Canvas.  So, we wouldn't be able to tell you exactly how your instructor(s) may have the course set up for you to access the course files.  Hopefully, your instructor(s) has/have set up the files in an easy-to-download way.  However, this will be something that you'll need to have a conversation with your instructor(s) about.  You can contact your instructor(s) directly in Canvas by checking out the information in this Guide:
