Hello, we had some turnover at our college site during the Canvas integration. It is unclear who is our Customer Success Manager and it is unclear on how an admin can find the information on the account. Seems it be helpful if it automatically populated in the account information section once someone is labeled as an admin. Is this possible.
Myself and an instructor completed a help ticket regarding the most recent issue. Some of our teachers provide teaching from outside the US. We followed the guides for troubleshooting and software compatibility, but the teacher receives an error message when attempting to log in. This has inhibited the teacher from grading midterms and we need the issue resolved before finals begin in a couple weeks. How can I move forward receiving direct assistance for our designated @Customer Success Manager?
