Need to get student allowed to take an exam as he was locked out while taking it

I have a student taking his final through Proctorio.  Proctorio or something closed him out when he was only partially through the test.  Since I have clicked no re-entry, he cannot get back in.  He did not check out, the system checked him out.  Proctorio says they cannot help and sent me to you.  This poor student is waiting and waiting.  Question how do I get him back in to taking the Final Exam?  Professor Lathen
