New Analytics Course Grade Not Displaying Info

Good afternoon and Happy Friday!

I am attempting to assist a professor who is wanting to get some data from her assignments such as its average.

After doing some research, New Analytics seemed like it'd be our best bet, but when we went into the New Analytics page, specifically the tab for Course Grades, no info was being displayed as shown in the screenshot below.

Hovering over the assignment icon at the bottom, it says No Data. I checked their gradebook for that assignment, and while it is set to manual release, the grades have already been published for students.

Does anyone have any idea what may be going on with regards to New Analytics and this professor's assignment?

Hi @JordanGarciaNAU ...

I'm not sure how long the assignment has been in the course, but according to this Guide, data is refreshed every 24 hours:
