Hello,

As a partner, we have virtually zero responsiveness from the Canvas support team, so I am going to try my luck in the community. 

We have tried to enable Canvas "New Quizzes" in the following environment but still get the classic quiz UI.

Can you advise on why we do not get the following menu for a New Quiz?

Hello @yujasuccess12 ...

I'm not sure if this matters or not, but what do you have selected both at the account level and the course level for the Feature Option called "Default to New Quizzes"?  Just a thought.

My best guess it that one of the teachers of that course set the default engine to Classic Quizzes. I would recommend seeing if you have the option to reset the quiz engine in the options next to the button to create a new quiz.
