Good Morning,

My name is Brian and I'm very excited to be a part of this community.  I see that you can offer ideas to this community.

I am currently a student at Germanna Community college and I use Canva to obtain literature that helps me prepare for tests.  The opportunity to be a community member to help interests me and I just want any tips on how to effectively navigate the site to learn about it more to offer up the best ideas I can.

Thank you

Brian

Hi there, @BrianMBracy ...

Nice to see you here in the Community.  However, I'm not sure if you realized this, but this is the Canvas Community website.  Canvas is a Learning Management System (LMS) where students can take courses online.  (You may have heard of this LMS or other LMSs like Moodle, Blackboard, etc.)  You mentioned Canva ... which has almost the same spelling, but it's completely different.  Canva is a website where you can create things like banner images, presentations, images for websites, and much more.  Might you have been wanting to post on a forum on the Canva website?

If you do have questions about the Canvas LMS, we are happy to try and help answer those questions.  But, if you have questions about Canva, those need to be addressed on their own website..as we wouldn't be able to assist with those here.

I hope this will be of some help to you.  Good luck!

Hello and Welcome!

The Instructure Community is big place! As you begin exploring, I suggest browsing our Community Guides. These are the best how-tos on the essential activities within the Community.

We also have a blog series that walks you through some of the same topics:

If you have any questions along the way, the Community Hub is a great place to ask questions about the Community itself.

Glad you're here! 🙌
