New help with using New Quizzes

I have been reading a lot about New Quizzes and the great features that are available, but when I go to create a quiz, I do not have any new options. I checked to make sure New Quizzes is enabled and it is. Here is what I see when I start to make a quiz. How can I use New Quizzes instead of what I have below?  It looks different compared to what I have found in the discussion boards about creating a New Quiz.

Hi  @boozerl  !  Did you check under Assignments?  New Quizzes used to be housed there; not sure if yours still are or not.
