No Sound When Playing Media Recorded In Rich Content Editor

I recorded a video using the Rich Content Editor, but when playing it, no sound was heard, although visual-wise, the video was fine. My computer sound was up, the browser was not muted, and all access to the microphone was allowed, so I'm unsure what the problem was. I also allowed the video enough time to process, so that's not the cause either. I re-took the video four times and saw no changes. How do I fix this?

I just wanted to come back to mention that while the issue wasn't resolved, my video did play sound after a little bit of fiddling. I opened up the panel to try re-taping, and after toggling the microphone option to a different option and back, the sound worked! The problem did occur several times after that but was pretty much solved by toggling the microphone each time.
