No blue submit button

Help, none of the assignments posted by my teacher are showing a blue submit button, so I can't upload my work. I spoke with the teacher, and when she goes to student view, the button is there. She also checked my profile, and it shows I'm enrolled in the class. We tried zooming in and out to see if the button would appear, and nothing. What should I do? I've tried this on a couple of computers.

If you're not seeing the Blue Submit button but your teacher is, it's likely that it's a browser issue. And your teacher says your enrollment shows up in the course-- so you're not a deactivated user.

And please use Chrome or Firefox to get to your Canvas.If you're not sure if you have the latest versions check out updatemybrowser.org or whatismybrowser.com both sites will check your current browser and prompt you to update if needed.

Also out of curiosity, have you tried any of the Canvas Mobile Apps? After you download the Canvas Student App, you can use a QR code to get signed up quickly. How do I view a QR code to log in to the Canvas mobile apps as a student?

I sincerely hope it's just a matter of updating your OS and then your browser.
