I used to see a wide selection of trainings in the Training Service Portal, but they no longer appear. Now the Learning Library shows just two items when I log in: The TSP Tutorial, and Canvas Field Guide (screenshot attached).
I'm an instructional designer, and none of my colleagues are having similar issues with their accounts. I've logged in and out, and double checked filters - none are applied. How can I restore the missing content?
I was looking back at older unanswered questions. I do not know if you found a solution to your issue. However, I did find the following training portal update document. In the document it states that after august 1, 2022, unless you pay for it, all you will see is the Canvas field guide. this sounds like your situation. However, it does not explain why your colleagues are not having the same issue(I am assuming they are at the same institution/business or using the same Canvas implementation)
