No one contacting me back...

I've been leaving voice-mails, trying the main number to reach someone, trying the accounts receivable department, sending emails, and responding to invoices sent to us, but no one at Instructure has contacted me back. I'm trying to confirm that our contract is ended. We already got (duped?) into signing up for a second year (didn't know about that sneaky second page box) and we agreed to pay for the second year as long as they understood it would definitely be our last. That year is up.

We are now receiving invoices asking for payment to renew. We DO NOT want to renew and told them so almost a year ago. I have requested someone to respond and NO ONE is responding.

Would be so grateful for some help and a real person to talk to...
