Buenos días, le envío un saludo afectuoso, agradeciendo por haberme aceptado en el curso, Learnathon2020_UnADM_Ciberseguridad07, el cual empezaba con gran entusiasmo, sin embargo, desde hace ya 3 días que no he podido entrar, agradecería me apoyará, intenté:
aun teniendo mi contraseña clave de dos pasos, que es donde no puedo avanzar, ya que me sale la leyenda de error interno, con 2 de las app de autentificación instaladas en diferentes tiempos (duo mobile y Google autenticador). Intenté agregar la palabra +netacad que sugieren en la sección de preguntas, solicité nueva contraseña y nada, sigue apareciendo error interno.
Agradecería su apoyo para entrar al curso, saludos, reiterando mi confianza, hasta pronto.
