Hello, I have noticed that there has been a recent update.
It appears that since the update that any new data entered into the Notes Column in Gradebook is not holding, ie. it disappears when you leave the page and come back in again. Is this a known issue?
I know it has happened once before and the issue was fixed, is the helpdesk able to fix this again, please?

As a temporary solution for you to access the comments, I exported the Grades to a CSV file and found that the comments are visible there. However, I believe this issue may be a bug in the system, which should be reported to the Instructure support team as soon as possible. By reporting the bug, you can log a ticket with them and they can work on finding a solution. Here is a guide on how to report an issue.
