We here in the Canvas Community would not know the answer to this question as we only have access to our own Canvas environments at our own schools. You'd need to reach out to your school's local Canvas administrator or someone from your school's Online Learning/eLearning department. They should be able to help you determine if you have a scorm cloud package in your school's Canvas environment. Hope this helps!
