Our CSM isn't giving us help. How can we escalate things and get the help we need?

Our CSM isn't giving us the help we need. It's been a month of horrible service, slow responses, no responses, a response that includes only the information we already presented, etc.  We need help from someone else. School starts in a week and we can't get the LMS and SIS connected.  Everyone points us back to our CSM and our CSM isn't helping us!

Hi @nhume - I'm sorry that you were frustrated trying to connect with your CSM. I have talked with your CSM, and it sounds like communications are being exchanged. I hope you are able to complete the work you need to before your term begins.
