Override Scores Missing

Hello - Has anyone had where their override scores have disappeared withhout making any changes? We have lost override scores for all of our students but there is no history of any TA's or Teachers changing or removing the override scores. The override score option is still turned on and has not been turned off before this happened.

I was looking at unanswered questions and came across yours.  unfortunately, I do not have the ability to set up override grades, so I cannot try out anything.

From the instructor guide page on grading overrides, I noticed that the overrides can be changed by a gradebook import.  I don't know if that will leave a trail of who changed the grade, but it is the only thing I saw that could possibly do what you stated.  you may have to ask for help from canvas support to actually figure it out.

first, I would try a test of the import to see if that is possible to change the grade with no record of who did it.
