I am able to log into my canvas account but whenever I log into my account on a computer the tiles won't load and I'm not able to access my classes unless I use my phone I have tried several browsers and computers but I have had no resolution to my issue.

Have you tried clearing your browser history/cache, closing your browser, then re-starting the browser? Have you ensured that your browser is up-to-date? I've found that both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge work well for me (I mainly use Edge on my Windows 11 laptop). Check out these Guides:
