Parent needs assistance

Hi -

One of our parents cannot see both of her children in Canvas at the same time.  She has a third grader and sixth grader.  

They go to different schools but within the same district.

Any solutions??

Hi @apopp - 

As long as the students are in the same district, one dashboard should work. By chance, is this Observer using the Canvas Parent app? If so, they would only see one at a time but would be able to toggle between the students for a customized view.
