Hi, I have did a workshop with a lecturer that would like to set not only a whole module, but specific module items a date and time to be published at.
I'm having trouble finding the right solution to this, or if it is even possible. I am aware that it is possible to set a whole module to be publish at a specific time and date, but not specific items within.
Firstly, is this possible at all? If so, how? - NB solution may not be to do with setting prerequisites to the items.
Best,

Short answer, it is possible.
It might depend on what are the types of items though.
Many items in Canvas have individual "assign to" options, including assignments, quizzes, pages, and files, which you can change to specify a date/time that it may become available.
See, for example:
Maybe links posted directly on the module cannot be restricted in such a way, but then a workaround for that would be to hide the links within a Canvas page that itself is time restricted.
