Peer review w/ rubric submits for me but for instructor my peer review doesn't show up

I submitted a peer review for an assignment and it shows me what score I gave them and how I graded their rubric. However, for the instructor, it shows that I didn't submit it/or it didn't properly go through. I can't redo the peer review unless the instructor changes the settings so what should I do?
