You will need to reach out to your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education department to inquire about the enrollment issues you are experiencing with this course.  Canvas Community members here wouldn't be able to help with this because we do not have access to your school's Canvas environment or your course(s) in question.  Hopefully you'll be able to connect with someone at your school soon.  Good luck!
