Hi @JaelWilliams,

Those roles are not part of the standard set built-in Canvas roles.  They are likely custom roles added by your school/institution.  Since we in the community don't have access to all Canvas instances, I'd recommend reaching out to your local Canvas administrators (usually in the eLearning / IT / Digital Education areas) to find out what permissions they've given each role.
