Pictures with jpg format are not showing in the app, in browser (both chrome and safari) of iPhone and MacBook. I already tried to turn on and off “allow cross website tracking”, still does work. Please kindly help to suggest some solutions on this issue. Thanks.

Hi, I’m a student. I guess you’re right! It was just the image posted by the instructor unable to appear in canvas, while posting from others are able to show. So problem solved! Thank you for ur prompt response!
@Alicehw ...
Are you the instructor of the course? If so, are the images loaded into the "Files" area of your course? If you are a student, you may need to let your instructor know that images are not appearing correctly. Your instructor could run the link verification checker in the course to see which images may not be linked properly in the course.
How do I validate links in a course? (this is a link for instructors to use)
Hoping to hear back from you soon!
