Preformatted as a defult on essay question

Is there a way to set 'preformatted' as the default style on student answer box for essay questions?

Currently, there is no built in feature to designate 'preformatted' as the default format option within essay questions in quizzes - students would need to change that. It is however a possibility to change this on the back end of things, but you would want to speak with your school CSM. Not the solution, but hopefully it helps.
