I want to create a quiz for Spanish 2H in which the students will listen to my question, have up to 30 seconds to answer, hear a sound that tells them that time is up and the next question is coming.

    My problem is that I have all the recordings done on my part but as I create the quiz I option of media upload for them is not coming up.

  What can I do?

Thanks for posting this in the Canvas Community! 

• The best way I have found to accomplish this would be to use an Essay question type. The reason for this is because that type of question will allow the student to use the RCE(Rich Content Editor). Built within the RCE is the option to Upload and Record Media. When the students open the quiz and look at the question, they can select: Insert > Media > Upload/Record Media.
