Quiz: Can't delete or change just one question

I have a few template courses that I copy over from every semester to my actual courses.
On this template course I have a procedures quiz which students are required to earn 100% on before proceeding with the class proper.
I made some edits to it, but can't change one question. I can't delete the question and I can't change the text. I can change every other question in the quiz and add new ones, but I need to eliminate this particular question.
Since I have the quiz tied to every module as a prerequisite, I do not want to delete the quiz and just copy over the questions.
Can anybody help me with this?

This has got to be super frustrating!
Unfortunately, this sounds like a bug, rather than some Canvas feature you can turn off. If you can edit a quiz, you should be able to edit everything in the quiz. My only suggestion is that you submit a support ticket. While in Canvas, click "Help", then click "Report a Problem".
